India's home grown LCA Tejas is ready to defend the Indian Sky

India's indigenous LCA Tejas is inducted into IAF and several up-gradation is underway. This is no 15 along the assembly line at the Aircraft Division of HAL in Bangalore. According to the HAL Chairman and Managing Director R Madhavan: "Total 16 Tejas will be delivered before March 2019 as per the delivery contract with IAF." Tejas is gearing up to be inducted into Indian navy as per the recent announcement on the occasion of the Navy Day Press Conference by the Chief of Indian Naval staff, Admiral Sunil Lamba.
